Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy carefully before placing your order.

By placing an order through our online store, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below, subject always to your rights under applicable South African consumer-protection legislation.

Change of Mind

All purchases are considered final.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds simply because you have changed your mind, no longer require the item, or have ordered an incorrect size.

Please carefully check the size guide and measurements provided on the product page before placing your order.

Size Exchanges

We understand that choosing the correct size online can sometimes be difficult.

We therefore allow one exchange where the item purchased is too small if stock is available, subject to the conditions below:

* The item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition.
* All original tags and packaging must still be attached and intact.
* The item must not have been washed, altered, damaged, stained or otherwise used.
* The requested replacement size must be available in stock.
* The customer is responsible for the applicable costs of returning the original item and having the replacement item delivered.
* An exchange must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.

Important: Items That Are Too Large

We do not offer exchanges where the item purchased is too large.

Customers are therefore strongly encouraged to check the measurements in our size guide before purchasing.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is different from the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will assess the issue and, where the incorrect item was supplied by us, arrange an appropriate remedy at our cost.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an eligible size exchange, please contact us at  +27 83 470 4940 with:

* Your order number;
* The name of the item;
* The size purchased;
* The size requested; and
* A photograph of the item showing that it remains in its original condition.

Do not send an item back without first receiving confirmation from us.

Important

Our “no returns/no refunds” policy applies only to voluntary returns, change-of-mind purchases and sizing preferences and does not remove or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under South African law.

We reserve the right to inspect items submitted for an exchange to ensure that they meet the conditions of this policy.

If an exchange does not meet the requirements above, the exchange may be declined.

By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge that they have read and understood this policy and have selected their size carefully.
